1997-2004 he worked as German speaking guide in Puri Bagus Hotel Batu Gosok, now Anam Emeral hotel, which was the first star hotel in Labuan Bajo – West Flores.

Even on Flores, where he attended the training on how to handle clients to make them satisfied, and made some excursion to Komodo island or rinca island, arranged by the Hotel.

He knows best how to handle clients or overcome problems during trips.
